Training session with Antscha

Doing wrestling is hard work, and it is important to keep the muscles
trained at all times. I often do train wrestling with Antscha, wrestling that
is. But today we will have a work out, well.. after a arm wrestling.
It is time to make the leg muscles work, and we use each others body
weight as our weights to make the muscles work. In wrestling like most
other sports, strong muscles in legs and feet are important.
